Swiss luxury skincare company, La Prairie, commissioned “Wave,” a site-specific installation by Spanish artist, Pablo Valbuena, and presented it during the 2019 edition of Art Basel Miami Beach. The unveiling of the artwork was preceded by several days and nights of events at iconic Miami venues for a select group of La Prairie’s guests, starting with a welcome dinner in the New World center’s rooftop garden, replete with panoramic views of the Miami skyline.
The perfect venue for a luxury brand to welcome esteemed guests to their events in Miami, The New World Center was designed by Pritzker prize-winning architect, Frank Gehry, and is a cultural icon in the heart of Miami Beach.
