When celebrity chefs come to Miami for high-profile destination events, they need a base camp, a state of the art commissary where they have the culinary staff, ample space and necessary equipment to prepare for the event.

Thierry Isambert Culinary and Event Design is conveniently located just west of the I-95, across from the Little River neighborhood. The commissary is a quick ride to Miami Beach where chefs and their teams are usually staying in one of the Art Deco neighborhood’s top hotels. Destination event planners, celebrity chefs and their teams who come to Miami for events find the commissary easy to reach and well-equipped.

Three of the world’s top chefs, Massimo Bottura, Mauro Colagreco, Alex Atala and their teams came to the commissary to prepare for Once Upon A Kitchen, a spectacular event, produced by the GR8 Group, that was held at The New World Center December 1st, 2019.
